· Olive oil

· Half-teaspoon crush garlic

· Bread

· Cheese of your preference

· One small finely chopped onion

· Half finely chopped tomato

· 1 Green chili (crush or finely chop)

· Chopped Parsley

· ½ green bell pepper finely chopped

· Black pepper, according to your taste

· ¼ teaspoon turmeric

· Salt as per taste

· Chili flakes

Method:

1. Add crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili, green bell pepper to the oil, and sooty for 1-2 minutes on high flame. Also, add turmeric, black pepper, and salt according to your taste.

2. Now take the bread and place the slices under the grill or on the pan for 2 minutes to give them a crispy texture.

3. When the bread is done, take it out and coat it with olive oil.

4. Take the vegetable mixture into the bowl, add cheese (mozzarella, cheddar) and mix them.

5. Place the mixture over the bread and add more cheese for extra flavor. Sprinkle chili flakes on it.

6. Place the toast on the grill for five minutes or place it on the pan on medium to low flame and cover it until the cheese melts.

7. Take the masala toast out and garnish it with fresh parsley or coriander.
